	View News Release in PDF Format Hathor Exploration Limited (HAT -- TSX.V) ("Hathor") is pleased to announce the results of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on September 29, 2009, as follows: Each of Stephen Stanley, Benjamin Ainsworth, John Currie and Martin Glynn were re-elected as directors; Davidson & Company LLP were re-appointed as Auditors; and shareholders approved the amendment of Hathor's Stock Option Plan, with 90.06% of the votes cast having been in favour of said renewal.
