	Vancouver, BC, February 7, 2008 -- Hathor Exploration Limited (HAT -- TSX.V") announces that pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, Hathor will grant incentive stock options to its directors, officers, consultants and employees to purchase an aggregate 1,625,000 shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.52 per share for a period of five years.
