| Mike Gunning, COO & Director Dr. Gunning brings to Hathor more than 25 years of diverse and valuable experience in mineral exploration and geological research, and more specifically, a widely recognized expertise in the uranium sector. Dr. Gunning was previously the President and CEO of Triex Minerals Corporation and joins Hathor following the business combination of Triex and Diamondex Resources Ltd. Previous to Triex, Dr. Gunning was the principal Mineral Deposits Research Geologist at the Saskatchewan Geological Survey, before which, he was a Senior Project Geologist in Exploration at Teck Cominco Ltd. He has a Ph.D. in mineral deposits and volcanology from the University of Western Ontario, and is a past President of the Saskatchewan Geological Society and the Society of Economic Geologists Student Chapter. Dr. Gunning is currently a director of Galena International Resources Ltd. and Creston Moly Corp., public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. |

| Benjamin Ainsworth, P.Eng, VP Exploration & Director Mr. Ainsworth is a senior Geologist and mining consultant who has been involved in the mining industry for over thirty-five years. He graduated in 1963 with an honors degree in Geology from Oxford University in England. He joined Placer Development in 1965 and held positions of Senior Geologist, Chief Geochemist, Exploration Manager - Eastern Canada, Exploration Manager - Chile, and President - Placer Chile, South America. Throughout the 70's, Mr. Ainsworth was involved in the design, budgeting and implementation of exploration programs that included large and small drill programs, geophysical surveys, geological mapping, geochemical surveys, and a full range of project evaluation studies. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Colombia and is a Canadian citizen by naturalization. |

He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and received his designation as a Chartered Accountant by examination in1995 while articling with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver. Mr. Herchak's most recent position before joining Hathor was as Chief Financial Officer of Playground, a Division of Intrawest Corporation. |

| Alistair McCready, Ph.D., Exploration Manager Dr. McCready has nearly 12 years of experience in uranium, base metal and gold metallogeny from around the world. Prior to joining Hathor in May 2007, Dr. McCready was employed as a Senior Research Scientist at the Saskatchewan Research Council where he worked closely with the exploration industry. His applied research focuses on uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin. |

| John Currie, CA, Chairman John Currie is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of lululemon athletica Inc (NASDAQ: LULU; TSX:LLL), an athletic apparel company. Prior to joining lululemon in January 2007, he was Chief Financial Officer of Intrawest Corporation (NYSE: IDR; TSX:ITW), a world leader in destination resorts and leisure travel. Since joining Intrawest in 1989, Mr. Currie held various positions of increasing responsibility and played a key role in its growth and evolution. Prior to joining Intrawest he held senior financial positions within the BCE group, and was a specialist in international taxation with a major accounting firm. Chemical Engineering (Nuclear), M.B.A. Mr. Malone is widely considered an expert on the supply-demand situation for the uranium fuel cycle having recently retired as Vice President, Nuclear Fuels, Exelon Corporation, the largest generator of nuclear power in North America with 17 nuclear power plants in operation today. While supervising a staff of over 50 nuclear fuel professionals, Mr. Malone was responsible for providing strategic direction and tactical guidance for Excelon's nuclear fuel cycle activities. Prior to joining Exelon, Mr. Malone spent ten years as a Vice President and Senior Consultant for NAC International, a nuclear fuel cycle consulting firm. |
